An elderly person from Stepanci village in the Municipality of Shtip remains missing after being reported on 04/07/2025. The Crisis Management Center (CMC) reports that the search continues with the involvement of various entities.

The Ministry of Interior Shtip, the Local Government of Shtip, institutions, services, associations, and citizens have been notified and are assisting in the search.

The missing person was last seen on Saturday, 04/05/2025. Yesterday, relatives and friends, numbering 5-6 people, conducted another search of the area around Stepanci and nearby villages.

On April 8, a larger search party of 15 people, including two employees from RCUC Shtip volunteering their time, participated in the search.

Today, scouts from Shtip and hunters from LZ “Lovec” are expected to join. Gamekeepers from “Lakavica – Patrik” are actively searching their territory and reviewing camera footage. Residents of surrounding villages are also independently searching their local areas.
