The families of Filipche, Zaev, and Mickoski reportedly have private companies in Petrich, Bulgaria, according to the Levica party. Levica claims this situation reveals further connections between the DPME-SDSM coalition through Bulgarian markets and alleges the use of foreign money to finance parties, which it says is a criminal offense.
Mickoski’s brother-in-law, Jordancho Janev, allegedly owns a company in Petrich that circulates millions of euros. Another company, owned by Doncho Karastoev, Mickoski’s brother-in-law’s first cousin, is registered at the same address as Janev’s company in Petrich, Levica stated.
Furthermore, Venko Filipche has a real estate company registered in Petrich, Bulgaria. Companies belonging to Zaev’s relatives, including Vice, Trajche, and Boban Zaevi, are also registered at the same address.
Levica alleges that Bulgarian relatives of Mickoski are donors to DPMNE, with thousands of euros paid into the party’s account and redirected to election accounts, while Mickoski has publicly stated he would prevent the “Bulgarianization” of Macedonia.
Levica adds that while SDSM and DPMNE allegedly share tenders, positions, “amnesties,” and companies in Bulgaria, the Prosecutor’s Office justifies them, the Public Revenue Office and the Anti-Corruption Commission are silent, and the money of the Macedonian people ends up in the pockets of domestic traitors with foreign interests.
