A 75-year-old man, identified as J.A. from Ohrid, has died following an official interview at the police station in Ohrid.

The incident occurred after the interview when the man reported feeling unwell as he was leaving the building.

Emergency Medical Services were immediately called to the scene and transported J.A. to the Ohrid Medical Center.

Despite the prompt medical attention, the 75-year-old man passed away less than an hour after arriving at the medical facility.

Authorities have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death.

On the instruction of a public prosecutor, the body has been sent for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.
