A 19-year-old motorcyclist was seriously injured in a traffic accident that occurred on “Isa Boletini” street in Debar. The incident took place around 12:50 PM yesterday, according to the Debar Police Department.

The accident involved an Opel Astra passenger vehicle, driven by a 38-year-old from Gorno Kosovrasti, and a moped operated by the 19-year-old from Debar. Both vehicles had Debar registration plates.

The motorcyclist sustained severe bodily injuries as a result of the collision. These injuries were confirmed at the Public Health Institution in Debar.

A team from the Debar Police Department conducted an inspection of the accident site. The causes of the accident are currently under investigation.
