Mayor Goran Gerasimovski met with residents of Centar Municipality in City Park yesterday as part of the “See You in the Neighborhood” initiative to discuss completed projects and ongoing challenges. The meeting aimed to improve the quality of life in the municipality.
Citizens expressed positive feedback on the municipality’s work, highlighting the opening of a new kindergarten in Prolet neighborhood, the installation of SMART lighting, and the reconstruction of the Rabotnicki hall.
A key concern raised by residents was the issue of parking, particularly in the Debar Maalo area, where they face a shortage of parking spaces due to vehicles from other parts of the city.
Gerasimovski noted that the Municipality is already developing a pilot project to restrict vehicle traffic within Debar Maalo on weekends.
Neighborhood meetings are scheduled to continue today at Vodno.
