The “Manaki Brothers” Film Festival has announced its 46th edition, set to take place in Bitola. A call for film submissions is now open.
The application period runs from April 17th to June 27th. Filmmakers can submit their work via https://filmfreeway.com/ManakiBrothers.
Several awards will be presented at the festival. These include the Golden Camera 300 for Best Cinematography, Silver Camera 300 for Cinematography, and Bronze Camera 300 for Cinematography, all within the Official Selection.
Additional awards include the Iron Camera 300 for Best Cinematography in the Documentary Film Competition, the Small Camera 300 for Best Cinematography in the Short Film Competition, and the Crystal Camera 300 for Best Cinematography in the Student Film Competition.
The festival also recognizes outstanding contributions to the field with honorary awards. These include the Golden Camera 300 for Lifetime Achievement in Cinematography, the Special Golden Camera 300 for Outstanding Contribution to World Cinematographic Art, the Golden Camera 300 for Creative Synergy, and the Great Star of Macedonian Cinematography.
