A 22-year-old man from Lipkovo, identified as L.I., was arrested for reckless driving after being caught speeding in a populated area. According to the Ministry of Interior, the incident occurred during a routine traffic control check.

L.I. was driving a BMW at 96 kilometers per hour in an area where the speed limit is 40 kilometers per hour. This blatant disregard for traffic laws led to his immediate arrest.
