A. B., a 40-year-old man from Skopje, was apprehended in the village of Arachinovo around 8:30 AM today by police officers following operational-tactical measures.

The arrest was based on a central warrant issued by the Basic Court Skopje.

The warrant mandates that A. B. serve a three-year prison sentence for “extortion” as defined by Article 258, paragraph 2, in connection with paragraph 1 and Article 45, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code. He must also serve a one-year prison sentence for “violence” as defined by Article 386, paragraph 3, in connection with paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.

A. B. has been transferred to the Idrizovo Penitentiary Institution to commence his four-year sentence.
