Macedonian swimming achieves unification with the unanimous election of Sasho Lazarovski as president of the National Swimming Federation, marking the end of decades of division. Minister of Sports Borko Ristovski attended the Assembly and pledged the Ministry’s support in resolving long-standing issues.

Ristovski expressed satisfaction with the unifying moment and promised mediation and direct assistance from the Ministry of Sports to address problems that have plagued the sport. He reiterated his commitment to unblocking the federation’s account promptly.

The Minister emphasized the importance of preventing divisions from harming swimmers and children involved in the sport, acknowledging all those who supported the unification initiative.
