The seedings for the quarter-final stage of the Macedonian Handball Cup have been determined before the draw.

The defending cup champion, Alkaloid, along with Vardar, Ohrid, and the league champion, Europharm Pelister, are in the top-seeded group. The remaining twelve teams have been divided into three additional seeding groups based on quality.

The seedings for the quarter-finals of the Macedonian Cup 2024/25 are as follows:

Seeding 1 includes Europharm Pelister, Alkaloid, Vardar 1961, and Ohrid.

Seeding 2 consists of Tikvesh, Butel Skopje, Prolet, and Struga.

Seeding 3 is made up of Europharm Pelister 2, Multi Esens, Prilep, and Kumanovo.

Seeding 4 contains Radovish, Partizan Gevgelija, Aerodrom, and Borec Fruitlend.

The group stage matches are scheduled for April 26 and 27, while the final tournament will take place from May 15 to 18.
