Dimitar Apasiev, the leader of Levica, has stated that a criminal complaint is being prepared against Prime Minister Mickoski for obstruction of justice. Levica’s legal team is drafting the complaint, citing reasonable suspicion that the procedure for dismissing the Public Prosecutor was halted to influence the investigation into the fire in the discotheque in Kochani and protect allegedly corrupt VMRO-DPMNE personnel. Apasiev made the announcement on his Facebook profile, referencing a previous statement to the Prime Minister during a parliamentary session. The alleged obstruction of justice is punishable under Article 369-a, paragraph 5 of the Criminal Code.
