Levica denies the broad accusations made by Prime Minister Mickoski and his party, who are allegedly attempting to deflect attention from their poor performance by spreading misinformation about Levica. This denial follows accusations from Valentin Manasievski, a member of VMRO-DPMNE, who claimed that Dimitar Apasiev purchased business premises in Centar at a price of 721 euros per square meter.
Levica states that they secured their first premises through a mortgage loan to serve as a headquarters for their political activities. The purchased premises are pledged, and the price per square meter was determined through negotiations between the seller and the buyer. The premises are basement spaces in a dilapidated condition. Levica clarifies that they have no business relationship with the bank involved, except as the seller of the property, which had been in bankruptcy for two years.
Levica further states that sales documents are publicly available in the Real Estate Cadastre. They express concern regarding the involvement of high-ranking government officials in leaking state secrets to cartels through their security.
