Levica and Apasiev Accused of Purchasing Confiscated Property at a Discount

VMRO-DPMNE member Valentin Manasievski alleges Levica and Apasiev acquired confiscated property at a significantly reduced price through dealings with an executor and a bank. Manasievski claims Levica and Apasiev secured the property for three times lower than its market value, a deal he suggests is questionable and unavailable to ordinary citizens.

Manasievski highlighted a potential conflict of interest, noting Levica’s past criticism of executors juxtaposed with their current purchase of seized property from one. He questioned how Levica and Apasiev managed to negotiate such a low price with the bank, especially considering the higher market value of comparable properties in the area. Manasievski raised the possibility of undisclosed agreements or services that facilitated the favorable deal.

Manasievski accuses Levica and Apasiev of hypocrisy, suggesting they have abandoned any prior commitment to austerity in favor of self-indulgence. He states that ordinary citizens do not have the same opportunities to purchase seized property at such reduced rates, implying an unfair advantage for Levica and Apasiev.
