VMRO-DPMNE accuses Levica and Apasiev of hypocrisy, alleging they collaborate with bailiffs by purchasing seized property from Macedonian citizens or companies at significantly reduced prices, despite their prior opposition to bailiffs.
The accusation stems from a real estate deal where Levica allegedly bought confiscated property in central Skopje from a bailiff for a price three times lower than the market value.
VMRO-DPMNE questions Levica’s claim that negotiations were solely with the bank, raising concerns about potential undisclosed agreements between Levica, Apasiev, the bank, and the bailiff. They question how Levica secured such a low price compared to the prevailing market rates in the area.
VMRO-DPMNE criticizes the apparent disparity between Levica’s ability to acquire seized property at a bargain price and the difficulties faced by ordinary citizens in negotiating favorable terms with banks.
VMRO-DPMNE demands answers from Levica and Apasiev and calls for a thorough investigation by competent authorities to examine the details of the transaction and any potential hidden agreements.
