The Municipality of Kumanovo has announced the construction of a new roundabout at the intersection of “Oktomvriska Revolucija” boulevard, “Done Bozhinov” street, and a branch of “Bratstvo Edinstvo” street, according to the sector for communal activities.

Construction preparations are underway, including the removal of barracks. The tender process for selecting a construction company concluded in December of the previous year. The municipality has allocated nearly 23 million denars (22,599,761.20) for the roundabout’s construction, which will cover an area of 4,776 square meters. The project involves clearing the site, reconstructing adjacent street sections, installing modern lighting, and asphalting.

Prior to this, the Municipality had allocated funds on several occasions to acquire the necessary land.

This roundabout will be the fourth in Kumanovo, joining the existing three located on “Oktomvriska Revolucija” boulevard at the entrance to Kumanovo, near Serava, and near “Mitev Most.”
