A 51-year-old Kosovo citizen, identified as Sh.B., was arrested at the Dolno Blace border crossing after allegedly attempting to bribe a border guard. The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. as he was entering the country.

According to the Ministry of Interior, the individual placed a 10 euro banknote inside his passport while presenting it to the border guard for inspection. This action led to his immediate arrest on suspicion of bribery under Article 358, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.

During the border control process, the individual presented documentation for a “Volkswagen Golf” passenger vehicle with Kosovo license plates, which he was driving.

A public prosecutor has been notified of the incident. Authorities are currently gathering all necessary documentation, after which a formal report will be filed regarding the case.
