The Ministry of Interior has announced that the joint border control (One Stop Shop) at the Dolno Blace – Elez Han border crossing will officially begin operations in mid-April 2025. This initiative aims to streamline cross-border movement, reduce waiting times, and enhance the efficiency of border controls.

The commencement of this joint border control represents a tangible outcome of the bilateral cooperation between the Republic of North Macedonia and the Republic of Kosovo.
