The Municipality of Ilinden has started building a sidewalk on a part of “Street 2” in the Ilinden settlement as part of the Project for improvement of road infrastructure. This project includes construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, and repair of local streets and roads.

According to the municipality of Ilinden, the works cover the section of “Street 2” from its intersection with “Street 7” to a bridge on a secondary A-canal, spanning 220 meters.

The new sidewalk aims to improve pedestrian safety for all residents. It is a component of a larger initiative focused on reconstructing and enhancing road infrastructure to improve the quality of life and ensure the safety of all traffic participants.
