Authorities are committed to clarifying the circumstances surrounding the incident and ensuring that those responsible are brought to justice.

In the immediate aftermath, the government has allocated 30 million denars to cover transportation and accommodation costs for family members of the injured. Recognizing the severity of the situation, the government has declared Kočani a priority and vowed to leave no one behind.

A dedicated telephone hotline (070/355-526) has been established for direct communication with the Prime Minister. This line allows injured individuals and their families to voice their needs, proposals, and requests directly to the government.

Furthermore, the government intends to transform the Ponikva resort, which features 27 rooms and 56 beds, into a rehabilitation center. The center will provide medical care and support the psycho-physical well-being of the injured citizens, facilitating their recovery.

The government emphasizes that this is a collective effort and assures both the injured and the families of the deceased that they are not alone. They pledge to exhaust all available resources to alleviate their pain and provide assistance.
