The Government of the Republic of Macedonia has increased pensions for over 330,000 pensioners by 5,000 denars in just 6 months.

Pensioners have received an increase of 2,500 denars in their accounts, marking the second increase in pensions within 6 months. This follows the initial increase with the September pension, resulting in a total linear increase of 5,000 denars.

The government states this action demonstrates their commitment to pensioners, fulfilling a promise made in the first week of their mandate to increase all pensions linearly by 5,000 denars with the September and March pensions. This initiative aims to improve the quality of life for the oldest citizens, who deserve a dignified life and genuine care. The government says it will continue working to improve the living standards of citizens.
