Ducati driver Francesco Bagnaia secured victory in the third race of the MotoGP season, marking his 40th career win and 30th in the premier class.

Bagnaia demonstrated improved pace compared to the previous races, moving into second position on the fourth lap ahead of Alex Marquez.

Marc Marquez, who initially held a significant lead, made a critical error on the ninth lap, running off the track and damaging his motorcycle. This allowed Bagnaia to seize the lead with a 1.3-second advantage over Alex Marquez.

Throughout the race, Bagnaia extended his lead, maintaining focus to achieve his first victory of the season. Alex Marquez and Fabio di Giannantonio finished behind him, securing second and third place, respectively.

Franco Morbidelli finished fourth, followed by Jack Miller in fifth. Marco Bezzecchi claimed sixth place, with Enea Bastianini finishing seventh. Luca Marini, Ai Ogura, and Fabio Quartararo completed the top ten, finishing in eighth, ninth, and tenth place, respectively.
