The First Infantry Brigade will commemorate its Unit Day today at the “Strasho Pindzur” barracks in Petrovec.

Defense Minister Vlado Misajlovski, Army Chief of General Staff Major General Sashko Lafchiski, Army generals, and representatives from the Ministry of Defense and the Army’s General Staff will attend the celebration, according to the Army General Staff.

April 2nd marks the anniversary of the First Infantry Brigade’s formation when it integrated two previous brigades into a single, larger combat unit within the Army, assuming their duties and obligations.
