DUI emphasizes that if the health or lives of those illegally detained are negatively affected due to inhumane conditions or prolonged and baseless detention, specific prosecutors, judges, and political orchestrators will be held accountable. The party insists that the justice system should serve truth and citizens, not be manipulated to conceal the actual perpetrators.

DUI views the detentions as an attempt to shield individuals close to the government, divert attention from the real causes of the tragedy, and create a false narrative of a “determined investigation.” The party urges the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Judiciary to return to the principles of law and justice, holding the responsible parties accountable instead of the innocent.
