DUI Accuses LEN Coalition of Experimenting with Albanians’ Rights

DUI has accused the LEN coalition of conducting experiments that harm the collective rights of Albanians, drawing parallels to repressive regimes of the past. The party claims these actions test the limits of Albanians’ patience.

DUI asserts that the LEN coalition, despite representing a small percentage of parliament, is complicit in policies detrimental to Albanians. They criticize the coalition’s attempts to downplay their political actions as a “failed experiment,” arguing that the real problem lies in the continued experimentation with Albanians and its dangerous consequences.

DUI highlights several actions it considers to be experiments, including attempts to normalize a government without Albanian majority, the appointment of a pro-Russian figure to oversee the Ohrid Framework Agreement, manipulation of census results to reduce the percentage of Albanians, challenging the constitutionality of the Law on Languages, abolishing the balancer in institutions, and failing to pay Albanian language inspectors. DUI views these actions as a deliberate model aimed at testing the limits of Albanian patience.

DUI concludes by stating that while the LEN coalition attempts to experiment with Albanians, they themselves have become an experiment of a hybrid political-oligarchic bloc. The party predicts that this experiment will fail, along with the coalition itself.
