An 18-year-old driver, I.P. from Shtip, was apprehended by police on “Zheleznicka” Street for significantly exceeding the speed limit. He was driving at 114 kilometers per hour in an area with a 50 kilometers per hour restriction.

The arrest occurred during a routine traffic control at 3:00 p.m. yesterday.

Authorities will file a criminal complaint against I.P. for “reckless driving of a motor vehicle” under Article 297-a of the Criminal Code. He was driving an “Audi” passenger vehicle.
