Dimitar Apasiev, a Member of Parliament and President of the Permanent Inquiry Commission for the Protection of Freedoms and Rights of the Citizen, has filed a lawsuit against the Assembly and the President of the Parliament, Afrim Gashi, with the Administrative Court.

The lawsuit was prompted by the cancellation of the Oversight Hearing concerning the tragedy in Kochani, which was originally scheduled for July 8.

According to information released by Levica, Apasiev argues that the cancellation was unlawful and not conducted in accordance with proper procedure.
