State roads are currently experiencing smooth traffic flow despite wet road conditions, while roads outside urban areas have moderate traffic intensity. Border crossings on the Macedonian side are no longer experiencing entry and exit delays.

The Ohrid – Resen road, which passes through the Galichica National Park, has been closed to all vehicles since November 15, 2024. Additionally, the bridge spanning the Vardar River on the R1312 regional road near Bashino Selo is closed to all traffic.

The AMSM advises drivers to reduce their speed, obey traffic signals, and exercise caution, particularly when driving through valleys, river valleys, and gorges, where landslides are possible. High-risk sections include Katlanovo – Veles, Mavrovo – Debar – Struga, Vinica – Berovo, and Kochani – Delchevo.
