Porsche Macedonia celebrated a double victory at the “Golden Wheel 2025” awards, with the CUPRA Formentor named “Most Desirable Car” and the Audi A5 recognized as the “Most Desirable Premium Car.” The awards, determined by online voting and presented by specialized automotive journalists, highlight the public’s preference for these vehicles in the Macedonian market.

The CUPRA Formentor, CUPRA’s first independent model, secured 39% of the votes in its category. Its blend of sporty performance, cutting-edge technology, and distinctive design resonated with voters. Zlatko Mucunski, General Director of Porsche Macedonia, accepted the award, emphasizing the Formentor’s embodiment of bold design and technological sophistication.

The Audi A5 captured 35% of the votes to win the “Most Desirable Premium Car” award. The A5 boasts a dynamic design, a redesigned interior, and MHEV technology for enhanced efficiency. Vesna Bosnakovska, Audi’s Brand Manager, expressed gratitude for the public’s recognition of the A5’s values, acknowledging the team’s dedication.

The “Golden Wheel” awards, judged by leading online media in Macedonia, provide an authentic reflection of the most sought-after vehicles in the country. The ceremony, attended by representatives from Porsche Macedonia, celebrated the achievements of both the CUPRA Formentor and the Audi A5, solidifying their positions as leaders in their respective segments.
