A 32-year-old resident of Tetovo, identified as Sh.R., is facing criminal charges after allegedly assaulting a police officer. The incident occurred on January 29, 2025, in Tetovo.

According to the Ministry of Interior, the suspect was driving an Opel when he was signaled to stop by police officers. Instead of complying, he allegedly failed to stop and struck a police officer with the car door.

The incident was recorded in the daily police bulletin, leading to the filing of charges against Sh.R. for assaulting an officer performing their duties. The investigation is ongoing.
