The Municipality of Centar is currently accepting applications for subsidies on bicycles, e-bikes, e-scooters, and related equipment. This initiative is open to all residents of Centar and will be processed on a “first come, first served” basis.
Mayor Goran Gerasimovski is encouraging residents to participate in the program to promote sustainable transportation.
The municipality is offering a subsidy of 30% of the vehicle price, up to a maximum of 3,000 denars. Additionally, a subsidy of up to 1,000 denars is available for supplementary equipment such as child seats and helmets. Gerasimovski stated that this initiative promotes alternative transportation, reduces traffic congestion, and encourages a healthy lifestyle, contributing to a healthier environment. The call will be active until the allocated funds are depleted, and the subsidy is a one-time benefit.
To apply, Centar residents need to submit a request along with the required documentation, including a copy of their ID card, a copy of their bank transaction account, and the original fiscal receipt. Applications can be submitted to the archive of the Municipality of Centar, barrack no. 6, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
