The 17th edition of the Bitola Cultural Summer “BIT FEST” commences tonight at the ancient Heraclea Lyncestis site with a performance by the band “Leb i sol”. The festival promises a summer full of diverse cultural events.
The legendary group “Leb i sol” will begin their tour, celebrating 50 years in the music scene, with this concert in Bitola. Tickets are available for 400 denars at the Officer’s House and Heraclea, from 10:00 to 20:30.
While the official “BIT FEST” program is scheduled from June 26 to August 31, the city is offering a broader range of cultural activities throughout the summer, supported by the Municipality of Bitola and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
Prior to the official opening, the public enjoyed the “Solstice” Music Festival and the International Youth Art Festival “Bitola Open City,” which concludes on June 28. The “Critical Mass” book fair, which started last night and runs until June 28, is also being held on the small plateau in front of the Officer’s House from 09:00 to 23:00.
