Five individuals from Kočani and the surrounding area have been apprehended following the discovery of marijuana. The arrests were made on May 3, according to the Ministry of Interior.

M.C.(21) from Obleševo, S.M.(26) from Češinovo, A.R.(26) from Kočani, N.M.(20) from Kočani, and D.M.(19) from Kočani are now in custody.

During court-ordered searches of the residences of M.C. in Obleševo and S.M. in Češinovo, police discovered and confiscated marijuana.

N.M. and D.M. were also found to be in possession of marijuana, which they had reportedly purchased from A.R. This discovery was made by officers from the Kočani Police Department.

Authorities executed court-ordered searches at the homes of A.R. and N.M. as well. Following a thorough investigation, the Kočani Police Department will be filing appropriate charges.
