All cancer medicines will be available in stable quantities for the next 12 months before the Easter holidays. This announcement comes as a response to concerns about recent shortages of some cancer therapies.

The shortages are attributed to changes in the public procurement system. Relevant institutions have addressed the issue and assured the public that the supply will stabilize soon.

VMRO-DPMNE has urged SDS to refrain from spreading panic and misinformation regarding the matter. They stated that SDS, previously led by former Health Minister Venko Filipche, bears responsibility for the current state of healthcare.

VMRO-DPMNE also accused SDS of providing saline instead of therapy to cancer patients and allowing expensive treatments to be sold on the black market during their governance.
