A ten-year-old girl is in hospital with severe injuries after being run over by her seven-year-old brother in the village of Aldanci, near Krushevo.

Yesterday at 6:55 PM, the Prilep Police Station received a report from the “Borka Taleski” General Hospital in Prilep, stating that the minor had been admitted with serious bodily harm.

The incident occurred in the yard of their family home when the younger brother accidentally started a “Ford Galaxy” vehicle using the key that was in the ignition. The vehicle then ran over her leg.

Authorities have been notified and are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the event. A public prosecutor has been informed of the incident.
