German psychological thriller author Sebastian Fitzek will visit Skopje as a special guest at the 2025 Book Fair. The renowned writer will present his two new books translated into Macedonian, “The Candle Girl” and “Mimicry,” on May 10th.

The visit marks a significant moment for the Macedonian literary scene, offering a rare opportunity for readers to meet Fitzek in person. The event will include a personal meeting, book signing, and an engaging conversation with the author.

Fitzek expressed his enthusiasm for meeting his readers, stating that he looks forward to experiencing the vibrant love for books in Skopje. The publishing house “Sakam Knigi,” celebrating 15 years and almost 500 publications, is hosting Fitzek’s visit.
