A 26-year-old Kosovar citizen faces charges for allegedly using forged Italian identification documents at the Dolno Blace border crossing. The Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Skopje has initiated proceedings against the individual, who is suspected of document forgery.

The incident occurred on April 24th, just after midnight, when the suspect attempted to enter the country using a forged Italian identity card and driver’s license.

The suspect was apprehended at passport control after presenting the counterfeit documents. Authorities have proposed that the suspect be held in custody due to concerns about the risk of flight. The investigation is ongoing.
