A 51-year-old man, V.K. from Kumanovo, was arrested yesterday at 9:20 PM by officers from the Road Traffic Safety Police Station at the Kumanovo Police Department for driving under the influence of alcohol.

During a routine traffic stop, police officers pulled over a “Mercedes” passenger vehicle with Kumanovo registration plates driven by V.K.

A subsequent test revealed that V.K. had a blood alcohol level of 2.05 per mille.

Following the completion of documentation, a report will be filed against V.K. under Article 297-a of the Criminal Code, which pertains to “reckless driving”.
