Three individuals were arrested in the Shtip region for driving under the influence of alcohol. The arrests occurred in Shtip, Delchevo, and Makedonska Kamenica.

Yesterday at 8:40 PM, officers in Shtip arrested 50-year-old S.O. after a traffic stop on “Goce Delchev” street. S.O. was found to have a blood alcohol level of 1.99 per mille while driving a “Skoda” passenger vehicle.

In Delchevo, 18-year-old D.S. was arrested today at 2:45 AM on “Macedonia” boulevard. D.S. was driving a “Seat” passenger vehicle with a blood alcohol level of 1.62 per mille.

The third arrest took place in Makedonska Kamenica yesterday at 11:20 PM. 34-year-old D.V. was found to have a blood alcohol level of 1.53 per mille while driving a “Ford Fiesta” on “Alexander the Great” street.

All three individuals were removed from traffic and detained. Following the complete documentation of the incidents, charges will be filed against them under Article 297-a of the Criminal Code, which addresses reckless driving.
