A 31-year-old man from Kriva Palanka, identified as B.R., was arrested early this morning on “Srbija” Boulevard in Skopje by police officers from the SIA Skopje. He is suspected of “reckless driving” under Article 297 A of the Criminal Code.

The incident occurred when he allegedly crashed a “Hyundai” passenger vehicle with Skopje license plates into a gas station on the boulevard.

Following an investigation, authorities discovered that he was driving without a valid driver’s license and was under the influence of alcohol. A blood alcohol test revealed a level of 2.14 promiles.

Furthermore, he allegedly falsely identified himself as an employee of the National Security Agency.

After the documentation of all findings, an appropriate report will be filed against him.
