The government has disbursed 292,614,813.00 denars to 4,574 dairy farmers as part of the Program for Financial Support in Agriculture for 2024, covering milk production from July to December 2024. Payments were made for produced and delivered cow’s, sheep’s, and goat’s milk.

In addition to the subsidies for dairy farmers, a call has been issued for young farmers who will receive grants of 10,000 euros to encourage them to start producing quality and organic food.

The VMRO-DPMNE states that these initiatives demonstrate the government’s commitment to investing in agriculture and ensuring a future for young people in the country. According to them, unlike the previous government, the current administration is focused on supporting farmers through various projects and subsidies, which will lead to more quality Macedonian food.
