The Government has announced the allocation of 3.7 million euros for environmental projects through the Environmental Investment Program for 2025 of the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning. These funds will support various initiatives aimed at protecting and improving the environment.
100 million denars are earmarked for the construction and technical documentation of sewerage and wastewater treatment systems, while another 100 million denars will go towards building and upgrading water supply systems.
An additional 10 million denars are allocated for educational, research, and development projects. Furthermore, 19 million denars are designated for public awareness campaigns, education, and training related to environmental issues.
The Government encourages all municipalities, associations, civil organizations, and scientific and educational institutions to participate actively in these initiatives.
