Valentin Manasievski, a member of the Central Committee of VMRO-DPMNE, has publicly accused Dimitar Apasiev of purchasing business premises in Centar, Skopje, at a significantly undervalued price of 721 euros per square meter and further suggests a clandestine agreement involving Apasiev, an executor, and a bank facilitated the purchase of the property in the city’s central district.
Manasievski stated that Apasiev should disclose the details of how he managed to acquire business premises in the heart of Skopje for such a low price, emphasizing that Apasiev, through Levica, acquired 409 square meters of business space on November 26, 2024, for a price significantly below market value, at a location behind the A1 company headquarters and according to Manasievski, the purchase was executed through an executor, implying the property was seized from a citizen or company.
Manasievski raises questions about the executor’s handling of the sale, questioning why a higher price wasn’t secured for a property in such a prime location, and the Central Committee member further probes whether there was a secret agreement between the executor, Apasiev, and the creditor involved, and he identifies UNI bank, with Bulgarian capital, as the creditor in this transaction, questioning why the bank didn’t encourage its clients to bid on the property, particularly when it typically offers loans for similar properties at much higher valuations.
Manasievski has called for a thorough investigation by the relevant authorities into the matter.
