Michael Kirsch will become the CEO of Porsche’s regional office for Central and Eastern Europe, effective May 1, 2025, succeeding Irina Kauk. Kauk will assume the role of Vice President for the Europe region (excluding Germany). These appointments are part of Porsche AG’s strategic realignment to bolster its market presence and ensure future growth.

Kirsch brings extensive international experience to the role, having been with Porsche since 2012, where he served as CEO in Korea, Japan, and China. His leadership contributed to Porsche’s success in Asia. Before Porsche, he held senior management positions at BMW and an international hotel chain.

Kauk, who has led the PCEE region for the past two years, will now oversee sales across Europe. Under her leadership, the PCEE region, encompassing 28 countries, experienced significant growth.

Porsche Central and Eastern Europe (PCEE), based in Prague, operates as a regional office and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG.
