DUI Warns of Alleged Monoethnic Coalition Aiming to Reshape Political Model

The Democratic Union for Integration (DUI) alleges that a monoethnic coalition will publicly demonstrate its intention to reshape the state’s political model from a multiethnic democracy to a monoethnic one.

DUI claims that the meeting’s true agenda, hidden from the public, focuses on impunity and the removal of Albanians from all levels of government. The party asserts this plan, conceived three years ago, aims to protect the transitional oligarchy.

According to DUI, the plan’s implementation is evident in actions like the abolition of the Balancer, monoethnic decision-making in the Constitutional Court, and the removal of Albanians from high-ranking positions.

DUI emphasizes the necessity of “honest Albanians” to provide false legitimacy for a multiethnic consensus in this political restructuring.

DUI urges all Albanian political and non-political actors, including the VREDI coalition leaders, to strongly oppose this attempt to restructure the state and to avoid being drawn into the plan that aims to disqualify Albanians from social flows.
