- The Ohrid – Resen road through Galichica National Park is closed since November 15, 2024.
- The bridge on the Vardar River near Bashino Selo is closed.

- Prilep – Bitola section (road corridor 10D): Redirection via R1101 to Alinci landfill since October 8, 2024, for one year.
- A1 highway, Veles – Negotino section: Temporary traffic changes from October 8, 2024, to December 31, 2024, due to construction of the Gradsko – Drenovo junction.
- Skopje – Kumanovo highway: Temporary change since July 9, 2024, closing the forced stopping and driving lanes for 1000 meters before NS Miladinovci; traffic on the overtaking lane.
- Regional road R1109, Ponov most section – entrance to Bogdanci: Temporary traffic regime since June 24, 2024, due to reconstruction.
- A1 highway, Petrovec – Katlanovo section: Temporary change since May 31, 2024, for rehabilitation and expansion works.
- Regional road R1101, Prilep – Bitola section: Complete closure since March 27, 2024, at the bridge on the Shemnica River due to rehabilitation.
- A1/A2 highway, Skopje-Kumanovo section: Temporary change since March 26, 2024, channeling traffic from the left lane to the middle lane for 200m, then all traffic on the overtaking lane for 1500m.
- Regional road R1101, Prilep – Bitola section: Traffic regime change since March 18, 2024, at the bridge on the Shemnica River.
- A3 main road, Prilep – Bitola section: Traffic regime change since December 11, 2023, for geotechnical investigations, valid for 6 months.
- A2 state road, Tetovo – Gostivar section: Traffic regime change since December 5, 2023, for geotechnical investigations, valid for 6 months.
- A-1 highway, Kumanovo – GP “Tabanovce” section: Since November 24, 2023, the right traffic lane for forced stopping is closed for 500m.
- Highway A4, GP “Blace” – Skopje section: Since November 8, 2023, the local road to Blace village is closed; access via temporary road. Two-way traffic with roundabouts 2km before the Blace border crossing.
- Highway A1, Petrovec – Katlanovo section: Since November 7, 2023, traffic runs on the newly built lane in both directions over 6000m.
- Regional road 1301, Ohrid-Sveti Naum: Reconstruction since October 24, 2023, with traffic signals in place.
- Highway A4, GP “Blace” – Skopje section: Two-way traffic with roundabouts 2km before the “Blace” border crossing since October 6, 2022.
- Blace – Skopje road: Temporary regime in the tunnel since September 11, 2023, with light signaling.
- State road A3, Bukovo – Ohrid section: Temporary regime since May 20, 2023, for traffic signal installation, until February 29, 2024.
- Road R1303, Makedonski Brod – Prilep section: Rehabilitation since June 14, 2023, with a 30 km/h speed limit.
- Podmolje – Ohrid road: Traffic diverted via regional road R-1208 since June 9, 2023, due to reconstruction.
- A1 highway, Petrovec – Katlanovo section: Changed vehicle movement regime since March 6, 2023.
- A1 highway, Veles-Negotino section, Gradsko to Drenovo: Temporary change in both directions with a speed limit of 80km/h.
- Gradsko – Prilep road: Construction activities require careful driving.
- Kichevo – Ohrid road: Traffic diverted in several sections due to construction, with traffic signals.
