A formal request has been made to the Basketball Federation of North Macedonia (KFSM) to hold an Extraordinary Assembly for a vote to replace the current president, Pero Antic. It is anticipated that Mladen Gjuroski, a former player on the Macedonian national team, will lead the Federation, given the backing of a majority of clubs. The KFSM Extraordinary Assembly must be scheduled within a maximum of two weeks, or the initiators reserve the right to self-organize. Last December, those initiating the dismissal of the KFSM leadership attempted a no-confidence vote in Antic, but were not permitted to include the item on the Assembly’s agenda.
