Heavy rainfall caused the Markova River to overflow today. The village of Batinci is experiencing rising water levels, with the river overflowing in multiple locations along its banks. Authorities have deployed machinery to address the damage. Studenichani Mayor Azem Sadiki reported that yards of homes near the river have sustained material damage. Currently, officials do not believe evacuation is necessary.
