A 29-year-old man from Vrutok, Gostivar region, was arrested for driving at an excessive speed on the Gostivar-Tetovo highway.
Z.S. was apprehended by police officers from the Gostivar BPS Police Department near the Gostivar toll station.
He was driving a “Golf” passenger vehicle at 173 kilometers per hour in an 80 kilometers per hour zone.
A criminal complaint will be filed against him for “reckless driving of a motor vehicle” under Article 297a of the Criminal Code.
The incident occurred yesterday at 2:55 PM.
