Skopje police arrested three individuals, I.J. (26), A.J. (21), and D.Gj. (21), all from Skopje, on March 30, 2025, in the Municipality of Butel, on suspicion of illegal marijuana trade.

The arrests followed investigative actions and searches of their homes and other premises, based on previously secured evidence.

During the searches, police discovered and seized prohibited items in connection with Article 215 of the Criminal Code.

The ENT SVR Skopje filed a criminal complaint against the three individuals with the Skopje Public Prosecutor’s Office, and they were subsequently brought before a judge.

A judge of preliminary procedure ordered a 30-day detention for all three defendants.
