Municipality of Centar Provides Summer Care for Children Up to 10 Years Old in Kindergartens

The Municipality of Centar is offering childcare services for children in the first to third grade (up to 10 years old) in local kindergartens throughout the summer. This initiative aims to support working parents and provide quality care for children during the summer months.

Currently, over 100 children are enrolled in the program, spread across seven branches of the “13 Noemvri,” “Kocho Racin,” and “Rade Jovchevski Korchagin” kindergartens.

To enroll their children, parents must submit an application, proof of vaccination status, and a photocopy of their ID card as verification that the child resides in the Municipality of Centar. These requirements ensure that the program serves local residents.

“Our priority is for every child to receive quality care, and for parents to have support during the summer,” stated Goran Gerasimovski, the Mayor of the Municipality of Centar. He emphasized the municipality’s commitment to providing accessible childcare. “Due to the increased interest from parents, we have expanded the list of facilities where children are cared for,” Gerasimovski added.

Children are being accepted at the following branches: YUDGOTS “Rade Jovchevski Korchagin” – Pinokio branch, YUDGOTS “Kocho Racin” – Main branch, Beli Mugri and Naum Naumovski Borche, as well as YUDGOTS “13 Noemvri” – Main branch, Beko and Park. These locations provide convenient access for families across the municipality.

Due to significant demand, the kindergartens are nearing full capacity, with only a limited number of spaces remaining. Parents interested in enrolling their children are encouraged to apply promptly.

“During the summer period, the Municipality of Centar continuously accommodates parents with work obligations by caring for older children in kindergartens, where they can socialize and spend their time in a quality way,” Gerasimovski concluded. The program offers a valuable resource for working families during the summer months.
